• You can request a return or exchange within 07 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Certain products like personal care items, opened beauty products, or intimate accessories may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at habibimartzz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we will share the return instructions.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be made through the original method of payment.

Note: Return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is defective or incorrect.
